Important Notes:
  •  Member Registration: In order to receive the Practice Greenhealth Membership discount, the email address used to process your registration must match the email used to create your Practice Greenhealth Account profile. If you don't yet have a Practice Greenhealth Account Please complete our Account Request Form
  •  Speaker Registration: The email used to register must match your speaker profile.
  •  Student Registration: Individuals registering as Students will be flagged pending verification by their educational institution.
  •  Media Registration: Individuals registering as Media will be flagged pending verification by the CleanMed PR and Marketing team. To register click here
