ACTE/GACTE dues must be current through 7/31/2016 (if they expire before July 1, 2016) or you will need to renew before registering at the member rate.
 
If your membership has expired, please renew your membership with ACTE BEFORE you register for the conference. Once renewed, please allow ONE week for the registration software to be updated and then online registration as a member will be possible. There can be no exceptions to this timeline. Registration payments for those registered by June 24 must be received by July 1, 2016. Payments received after this date will be assessed the $50 late fee and cannot be processed prior to the conference. These payments will need to be made onsite at the GACTE desk in Atlanta.
 
Please Note: The registration deadline is midnight of June 24, 2016. After this time a $50 late fee will be included in your registration fee. If you are registering after June 24, 2016, please do not mail your check but bring it with you to Atlanta and pay onsite at the registration counter.
 
If you are completing a registration for another individual, please have them complete the worksheet at the link below before you start the registration process. There are several choices that need to be made and we want to ensure that the correct choices are made for each individual.
 
Transfer Policy
Transfers are welcome in lieu of cancellation and should be submitted in writing by mail, fax or email to GACTE@Showcare.com. Transfer requests should be received by June 24, 2016 and accompanied by a completed Transfer Form. A $10 transfer fee applies to transfers received by June 24, 2016. Transfers made after June 24, 2016 should be made onsite and are subject to a $25 transfer fee. Please bring a completed Transfer Form to the conference.
 
Please note: ACTE dues are non-transferable. Dues have been sent to ACTE for the original registrant. Replacements who are not ACTE members are required to submit membership dues or register at the non-member rate.
