STUDENTS
Participants registering as a Dental Student / Dental Resident must provide the school name and a student ID.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
- All cancellations
will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee per registrant.
- No refunds will be
issued for cancellations after Friday, October 18, 2019.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Accepted forms of payment include VISA or MasterCard. When paying by credit card, a confirmation letter will be sent automatically by email once you have completed the online registration process.
