Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. You may fax your cancellation to (414) 276-3349 or e-mail events@sitcancer.org. Requests must be submitted by Oct. 8. A $50 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received after Oct. 8. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing no later than 15 business days after the last day of the programs.
 
Exhibitor Registration Information
If you are an exhibit booth contact, please click here to access or create your exhibitor registration account. Company contacts will be sent login information after a signed exhibit application is processed. Please do not use this form to register exhibitor booth staff.
