Registration and Payment Methods

Please read all instructions and policies carefully before registering for the TESOL ELevate. By completing registration for the event, you consent to abide by the policies outlined below. Any questions about policies should be addressed to the TESOL Strategic Events.

Membership

Join TESOL, receive all the great publications and benefits of being a TESOL member—and save on your convention registration. Any issues pertaining to the current status of membership will have to be resolved before you can register for the convention. For example, if your membership requires any type of verification, that verification must be received and the membership status updated before convention registration is possible.

Payment

Payment can only be by credit card. TESOL accepts VISA, Master Card and American Express.

Confirmation

Registration confirmations will be issued within 2–3 business days of receipt of your registration. Attendees who provide valid e-mail addresses will receive their confirmation via e-mail. If no e-mail address is provided, confirmation will be sent via fax or regular mail. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact Showcare Event Solutions via e-mail at TESOL@Showcare.com. Please do not contact the TESOL Central Office to confirm your registration. TESOL Central Office does not manage the registration files.

Cancellations and Refunds

You must request a refund in writing, and it must be received by 1 March 2024 for in-person convention or 23 March 2024 for virtual convention.  No refund will be granted after 1 March 2024 for in-person convention or 23 March 2024 for virtual convention.

Recorded Images and Audio

By registering, attending, or participating in meetings and other activities sponsored by TESOL International Association, you agree to allow TESOL International Association to record, reproduce, and distribute your image or voice in photographs, videotapes, audiotapes, and any other methods of reproduction now and in the future.
