Registration payments will be charged in US Dollars (USD).
**Fellow-in-Training, Student, and Allied Health registrations require proof of status: A letter on department letterhead confirming your status or a copy of your University identification card is required. You will be asked to upload a document in PDF, Word or an image format when registering online.
Cancellations will be processed according to the following schedule:
Before/on 31 July 2015: Full refund less $85 administrative charge
1 August – 30 September 2015: 50% refund
After 30 September 2015: No refund
Q6: What is included with the WAO 2015 Symposium registration?
A6: Admission to all Scientific Sessions, Admission to Exhibition Hall, Admission to Poster Hall, Certificate of Attendance, CME Credits, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception*
*Delegates choosing not to attend the Welcome Reception will benefit from a reduced registration fee.
Q7: How may I reserve a hotel room?

Q9: I would like to register several people for the Symposium, is there a group registration policy?
A9: A group of individuals is considered to be 5 or more individuals. If you would like to register as a group, please find this information on our website at: www.worldallergy.org/symposium2015/registration.
Q10: Are there any group discounts?
A10: Please contact WAO at symposium@worldallergy.org to request a discount.
Q11: I want to register online. Do I have to pay for my registration now?
A11: Yes, payment is due at the time of registration. WAO accepts payment in the form of a credit card or wire transfer. Details may be found on the payment page of registration.
Q12: How can I cancel my registration?
A12: Please send cancellations by e-mail to symposium@Showcare.com or fax at +1 (514) 289-9844.
Cancellations will be processed according to the following schedule:

Q13: Can someone else attend in my place?
A13: No substitutions are allowed. Individuals will have to cancel the original registration and the new person will have to create a new registration. Within groups, however, you will be able to do substitutions at any time up until the regular registration deadline (30 September 2015). After this date, you will be charged an $85 USD administrative charge per substitution/name change.
Q14: Will I receive my badge before the meeting?
A14: No. Badges will be picked up onsite at the registration desk during the on-site registration hours of:
4 December 2015: 15:00 - 19:00
5 December 2015: 7:00 - 18:00
6 December 2015: 7:00 - 15:00
On-site registration hours are subject to change.
Q15: How do I obtain a Visa? A15: Please allow a minimum of 30 days to complete the Visa application process. If further assistance is required please direct your questions to: VISA POLICY WAO will not be held liable if you are unable to receive your visa before the WAO 2015 Symposium. Registration refunds will not be provided if you are unable to attend the Symposium due to not obtaining a visa.
